15 NYSC members reportedly k!dnapped in Kogi State while returning from orientation camp

This is really concerning
According to reports from local and investigative media outlets, 15 National Youth Service Corps members have reportedly been abducted by gunmen in Kogi State

The incident reportedly happened on Wednesday, 26th August 2O26, as the corps members were travelling back after completing their orientation camp exercises in Bayelsa State

They were said to be members of the 2O26 Batch B Stream II and were travelling towards Abuja in a commercial bus

Sadly, along the Ofu/Itobe–Onicha-Igo axis in Ofu LGA, Kogi State, the vehicle was reportedly ambushed by gvnmen

Reports say the corps members were travelling in a Peace Mass Transit bus, number 2826. The driver was reportedly seriously injvred during the att@ck and is currently receiving medical attention, while 15 passengers listed on the manifest were allegedly taken into the forest

Imagine finishing your NYSC orientation, looking forward to getting home, only to encounter something like this on the road.
Families are now waiting anxiously for news about their loved ones.

We sincerely hope security agencies can locate the abdvcted corps members and bring them home safely 🙏🏽
