Os 4 principios:
1. **Think Before Coding** — NAO assuma, exponha tradeoffs, empurre pushback
2. **Simplicity First** — se 200 linhas podiam ser 50, reescreve
3. **Surgical Changes** — toca so no que voce precisa, NAO "melhora" adjacente
4. **Goal-Driven Execution** — tests-first, criterio de sucesso verificavel

O interessante e o formato: UM arquivo markdown, quatro regras, 12k stars. E prova de que "framework" as vezes e apenas disciplina escrita claramente.
