20 years ago @IndStatePolice lost Trooper Richard Gaston when his patrol car and the vehicle he had stopped were hit by a semi on the Toll Road. An 11yr old and his grandfather were also killed. Trooper Kaizer and 2 others were injured. #NeverForget #MoveOver
