PERSON OF INTEREST - Can you identify them?

Tulsa Police Financial Crimes Detectives are trying to identify the person seen on video using a stolen credit card at QuikTrip.

On June 29, 2026, around 4:30 a.m., the victim made a purchase at the QT near 31st and 129th East Ave. As she walked out, she unknowingly dropped her wallet at the front door.

Video shows someone pick up the wallet and leave the area with a group of people outside the store. Later that day and the following day, several transactions were made using the victim’s credit card at the same QT, both at the register and at the gas pump.

MISSING PERSON

On June 22, 2026, around 7:56 p.m., Tulsa Police Officers responded to a call to check on the well-being of 62-year-old Tracy Richardson.

A family friend came to check on her and found her mail stacked up and her electricity was off. Neighbors said they last saw her in her neighborhood near 31st and 74th East Ave. around June 12.
