2024 GEMINI EXPLORATION PROGRAM ♊️
Phase III: Diamond Drilling – commenced in late August and is designed to test for expansion areas at Gemini Mineralized Zone (“GMZ”), as well as targeting highly prospective regional target areas (Figure 3).
GMZ Expansion – designed to expand the footprint of mineralization targeting the down-dip extents of GMZ, along with parallel structure immediately to the east of the GMZ;
Gemini East Target Area – situated approximately 3 km northeast of the GMZ and hosts a shallow multi-convergence geophysical anomaly with high conductivity, gravity and magnetic lows, and coincident ANT low-velocity anomaly; and
Gemini West Target Area – situated approximately 2.5 km northwest of the GMZ and hosts a shallow multi-convergence geophysical anomaly with high conductivity, a magnetic low, and coincident ANT low-velocity anomaly.
2024 ANGILAK EXPLORATION PROGRAM
ATHA’s diamond drill exploration program at its Angilak Project, located in Nunavut, continues to successfully expand the mineralizing footprint along the Lac 50 trend.
→ @athaenergycorp is on track to complete the program by early September.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 28, 2024 -- ATHA Energy Corp. (TSX.V: $SASK) (FRA: $X5U) (OTCQB: $SASKF) (“ATHA” or the “Company”), holder of the largest uranium exploration portfolio in two of the highest-grade uranium districts in the world, is pleased to provide a summer update on its 2024 Exploration Program.
At ATHA’s 100%-owned Gemini Project located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, the Company has commenced Phase III of its Gemini exploration program, which is designed to expand the footprint of mineralization at depth as well as targeting a parallel structure immediately east from the high-grade GMZ discovery. Additionally, the Company intends to test two regional target areas with multi-convergence geophysical anomalies.
At ATHA’s 100%-owned Angilak Project located in Nunavut, the Company is pleased to report the program remains successfully on-track, continuing to expand mineralization along the Lac 50 trend. The Angilak exploration program is scheduled to be complete in early September, at which point the Company intends to communicate radioactivity results from the remaining drill holes.
GEMINI PROJECT ♊️
In April of 2024, ATHA Energy gained 100%-ownership in the Gemini Project through its transaction with 92 Energy. Subsequent to the acquisition, ATHA interpreted data from a ground gravity survey completed by 92E in February 2024, along with results from Fleet Space’s Exosphere ANT (Ambient Noise Tomography) survey completed in Q2 2024. Both surveys – in addition to previously collected electromagnetic and magnetic surveys – form the basis for the identification of the regional multi-convergence geophysical anomalies the Company will be testing during the 2024 Gemini Exploration Program.
The Gemini Project is located 31 km northeast of Cameco’s Key Lake Mine, along the southeastern margin of the uranium rich Athabasca Basin (Figure 2) and hosts the high-grade uranium Gemini Mineralized Zone (“GMZ”). The GMZ is a shallow (mineralization begins at <60 m depth) basement hosted, high-grade uranium discovery, which remains open at depth and along strike. The new discovery shares similarities with Cameco’s Rabbit Lake Trend (203MM lbs of uranium concentrate production), which are demonstrated by:
⟐ The visual scale and nature of hydrothermal alteration;
⟐ The interpreted structural control on mineralization;
⟐ Mineralization hosted within meta-sediments (Hidden Bay assemblage within the upper Wollaston Domain) lithologies with associated alteration halos typical of high-grade uranium deposits within the Athabasca Basin; and
⟐ Uranium mineralization discovered along parallel conductor within the GMZ Trend and newly identified geophysical targets along strike to the north.
Successive diamond drilling exploration programs at the GMZ conducted between 2021 through to 2023 are highlighted by high-grade drillhole intersections, such as:
⧪ GEM22-025 intersected 43.0 m grading 0.62% U3O8, including 18.0 m grading 1.16% U3O8.
⧪ GEM23-061 intersected 5.0 m grading 1.47% U3O8, including 1.5 m grading 4.69% U3O8 and another sub-interval of 9.66% U3O8 over 0.5 m.

Troy Boisjoli, CEO added: “ATHA’s 2024 exploration program has already demonstrated that its exploration-at-scale approach can be successfully implemented across numerous projects and jurisdictions. We are excited to continue to advance that strategy with the kickoff of drilling at Gemini, while the Company continues its Angilak exploration program.
At Angilak, our program was designed to expand the footprint of the mineralized system. The Company has fully achieved that objective and will be releasing radioactivity results for the remainder of the holes in early September.
ATHA’s objective for its Gemini exploration program is similar, expansion at the high-grade GMZ Discovery, and testing of regional targets along highly prospective trends. From my experience, this is a property that has all of the indicators of a district scale Basin play, and our team is ready to unlock its value.”
Cliff Revering, VP Exploration added: “As we continue to execute the 2024 exploration strategy and program we designed earlier this year, we are very excited with the results obtained to date. We have been successful in expanding the mineralization footprint at our Angilak Project, and are now commencing drilling at our Gemini Project, and GMZ mineralized corridor. Given the scale and nature of hydrothermal alteration with the GMZ mineralized corridor and observed similarities with Cameco’s Rabbit Lake Trend, we are very excited to start testing the high-priority targets identified within this prospective trend.”

7. We are building on years of work done by 92 Energy.
When we acquired 92 Energy, we acquired 100% of the Gemini Project – an unconformity-associated #uranium exploration project
Drilling at Gemini is set for August 2024.
But there's a lot more about Gemini...
7a. Gemini had the 8th best publicly reported uranium intercept globally in 2022¹ 🏆
7b. 91% of holes in a winter 2022 drill program at Gemini intersected mineralization. 81% of holes in a summer 2022 drill program intersected uranium mineralization 🎯
¹ See Note → https://t.co/jAqXvR5aoF
7c. in late March 2024, we received the results of a Ground Gravity Survey done by 92 Energy 📑
This survey highlighted a couple of important things:
7d. The continuation of alteration associated with the GMZ Discovery to the southwest within the Gemini Project area.
7e. The identification of five large-scale gravity anomalies on parallel conductors, which are also coincident with EM anomalies and MAG lows. 🧲
At the Gemini Project, these anomalies are high-priority targets.
But there's still more on Gemini...♊️
7f. In April 2024 (last month) we completed an Ambient Noise Tomography (“ANT”) geophysical survey.🐜
Other ANT surveys completed in the Athabasca Basin have correlated uranium mineralization and associated alteration of the surrounding rock mass.
7g. The ANT Survey results will be compiled into a detailed 3D geological model we are building of the GMZ.
This model incorporates all data from previous exploration programs, including an ongoing structural study on the controls of mineralization at GMZ.
7h. We have developed a proprietary machine learning process. We intend to couple this with the 3D model of the GMZ.🤖
This will further derisk and advance exploration targets prior to starting Phase III Diamond Drilling. $SASK.V $SASK $SASKF

🆕 🎙️ 1/3 Just in: “Those catalysts are coming quick because we're about to hit the field” ATHA CEO Troy Boisjoli at Canaccord's Global Metals and Mining Conference on the #Uranium panel $SASK.V $SASKF
Q1: Catalysts 🏎️
Q2: Russian Uranium Ban 🚫
Transcript ↓ Moderated by Katie Lachapelle from Canaccord Global Capital Markets with Dev Randhawa of @F3Uranium and Darryl Clark from @IsoEnergyLtd ↓
[Q1 Katie Lachappelle/Canaccord] Over the next 12 months what are the key catalysts? Or what's something investors should be looking out for?
[Troy Boisjoli/@athaenergycorp] We've got 8 million acres of exploration property across the Athabasca, the Thelon, and the Central Mineral Belt. We've got a 43 million pound deposit in the Angilak project.
And we're going to be investing across the entire spectrum of our of our asset base, focused on more heavily weighted at Angilak. Expanding mineralization there.
At GMZ: expanding mineralization exploring along that corridor.
We've spent a year getting ourselves into this position and you know those catalysts are coming quick because we're about to hit the field.
[Q2 Katie Lachapelle / Canaccord] How does this potential bifurcation that we're seeing in the uranium market, especially with the recent announcement last week with the U. S. moving forward with the Russian ban how does that benefit North American projects?
[Troy] People have been talking about a bifurcation in the uranium market now for a while and this is just another step along that track which then underpins the importance of North American supply to the U.S. market, which is still currently the largest market in the world. This puts us in a very favorable position to have the Athabasca Basin just to the north being a dominant producer in the space. And for Atha, underpins our strategy of being a large scale explorer looking at this emerging bifurcated market and the increased importance on a domestic supply moving forward. /end

Part 2⃣ of the triANGLE INVESTOR interview with our CEO Troy Boisjoli $sask $sask.v #uranium@capnek123
✔️ Status of the Gemini Discovery, incl. the GMZ Zone
✔️ Action at LAC 50 and Angilak this summer
TRANSCRIPT ↓ Full interview: https://t.co/F2iEIlkP6v
[Host / @capnek123] What is the status of – for Gemini Discovery at the moment?
[Troy Boisjoli CEO] At Gemini? The first stage would be the gravity survey, which is complete.
Next stage is the ANT survey, which is ongoing. From there, further reducing the uncertainty with the targets that we have and with the objective that moving forward into – at this stage – about 8,000 metres exploration program or diamond drilling program over the course of 2024, which is going to focus on two things.
It's going to focus predictably on expanding the GMZ Zone itself, which is unconstrained and not cut off. We have some very good views there based off of some up to date modelling that we've been doing since we acquired the project that we really like the potential proximal to the existing mineralization.
And then the asymmetry in that project, the significant upside in that project in our view is testing the GMZ corridor, which I fully believe is analogous to the Rabbit Lake corridor, both in terms of the alteration, the geology, the structure, the mineralization, etcetera.
And we're building up that pipeline of targets going to the north along that fertile corridor.
And to summarize it, that's what GMZ is about this year. It's about de-risking the exploration targets moving forward, leveraging the asymmetry that we see in that project in terms of exploration upside, while at the same time expanding the known zone of mineralization.
[Host] Got it. What about can you give me some approximate timeframes for the work mentioned?
[Troy] Yeah we anticipate having the results back from the ANT survey in early July that will then be the trigger for starting to run drill programs in parallel.
So expect us to be expanding LAC 50 and exploring at Angilak, mobing drills into GMZ through the course of the summer, be drilling at GMZ and executing work at GMZ. At the same time as we're expanding on Angilak.
You mentioned that off the start that Atha had been a very busy company.
That amount of work was setting the table or setting the stage – so to speak – for the actual work, for the boots on the ground – the execution – the investment into our exploration assets in 2024. And we're going to be doing that across the board. /end

[Host / Lucijan Valkovic] You have a very impressive 43.3 million pounds of U308 in historic resource, but as we know, we have to take historic resources with a grain of salt. When do you believe you could do a resource update? Take it to NI [43-101] compliant category.
[Troy] Yes, I've spent a lot of time building resources, looking at uranium resources.
And, the historic portion of Lac 50 – to put it into context – the majority of that work was done between 2011 and 2013. Which I consider very modern work. Very modern geology, drilling, etcetera. Assay results from accredited labs.
[Host] Yeah. It's not like it was in the fifties.
[Troy] No.
And as part of – as you can imagine – having a background in resource geology and geostats – we went through that work with a fine tooth comb. And I'm very satisfied with where it's at currently. But in terms of resource update – our – again the – what we're planning to do this year is aggressively step out.
We're looking at aggressive step outs within the footprint of the known deposit. Not necessarily at an inferred or indicated drill spacing.
We're looking at increasing size and scale in this program. And then in my view you come back and you drill for confidence after that as opposed to incrementally stepping out. Which, is quite frankly, your more costly process within the resource development phase.
So step one is expand. And that's what we're going to be focused on over this year. Obviously with a line of sight towards rapidly being able to produce a resource off the back of that work.
We bought the [Angilak] project because we believe it's a real project and we intend to exploit the potential that we see in the Angilak project full stop. /end
