If we miss out on Gakpo and Enzo, Viana deserves to be sacked for leaving it until the last minute. If he’d made his move a month ago, clubs would have been far more willing to sell knowing they had time to find replacements #ManCity

Make or break time for Vianna to be honest.

Going into a season with a new manager and a very thin squad can be a recipe for disaster. You’d have thought with how late we sold Savio and Marmoush that we had deals lined up and that’s why they took so long but it seems like we didn’t at all… hinging a lot on “replacements” from top premier league clubs some of them considered rivals is asking for it to go pear shaped.

Outside looking in looks naive. Let’s see how the next 24-30 hours pan out now.

I fully agree on the market but no football club in the Premier League, and no football club in the top 5 leagues in Europe have sold as many senior players as Manchester City.

We have no midfielder backups in case Anderson and Kovacic get injured, no right back back up, no striker backup up, no winger back up after Savinho.

No actual natural 6 in the squad. Sold both and not replaced.

The issues and holes are ridiculous. It’s a new manager man, it’s unfair, unprofessional and disappointing.
