to summarize this one because op’s getting a lot of hate bc of this.

this is actually a good review esp for those who are eyeing for this keyboard but are not sure about the specs.

1. op used to modify her keyboards to her own liking
2. wonwoo’s keyboard is non-hotswappable — meaning the switches can’t be changed unless you do it manually
3. what are switches? why does op want to change it
— there are actually different kind of switches and ww’s keyboard has red switches by default which has a faster response and smooth typing experience!
— switches are usually more important for gamers and mechanical keyboard enthusiasts
4. no, op didn’t break it. she’s just going to modify it because according to her ww’s keyboard is too loud even if you lubricate it.
5. it is actually indicated that you can’t change the keycaps and the switches. the only way to change the switches is to do the same thing as what op did, desolder your keyboard.
6. modifying of keyboards are actually a common occurrence for tech people esp gamers and mech keyboard enthusiasts
7. this isn’t disrespectful to wonwoo guys, it’s just an honest review and it’s vv helpful

so in the end, it’s really up to you if you will buy it or not. we have different preferences ^^
