@WasteManagement You phone service is a loop, is not accurate for timing, does not return calls when you request it through the system and is outright impossible for customers with no account numbers because the township contracted with you. Improve you ability to speak to someone.

@VZWSupport con’t for old loyal customers- no free phone, no super priced phone, no lower rates. Not CS’s fault - it is the corporate mentality and they only care about new customers. Maybe the 178k customers you lost in 3 months will make you start reconsidering this decision

@mycalmblanket your customer service is wretched. Your BBB rating is an F and for good reason. While a decent product you are not a good company and should be avoided at all costs!!! You remove any comments immediately on FB that arent positive but dont resolve issues.

#mycalmblanket has a decent product but they are crooks and theives and dont care if there is an issue. Check out the BBB complaints.

#mycalmblanket showed me the credit for a gift certificate but then charged my credit card the whole amount. So in essence I paid double the amount for one blanket. They will not resolve the issue and credit my money back.

#mycalmblanket removes all issue and negative comments on FB in less than an hour. But cant find the time to answer emails and resolve issues.

#mycalmblanket is absolutely the worst for customer service! They have an F rating from the better business bureau and have many complaints that are unresolved filed against them.
