🚨BREAKING: A German court has ruled that the Iraqi migrant who pushed a 16-year-old Ukrainian refugee in front of a freight train will serve no prison time.

Liana K. fled Mariupol with her family in 2022 and was living in Germany. On August 11, 2025, while walking home and speaking on the phone with her grandfather, she was shoved onto the tracks at Friedland station. The train struck her and she died from her injuries. Her grandfather heard her scream before the line went silent.

Police initially treated the death as a possible accident or suicide. DNA evidence later recovered from her shoulder showed she had been pushed from behind by 31-year-old Muhammad A., an Iraqi national whose asylum claim had been rejected and who was under an enforceable deportation order that was never carried out.

Despite clear evidence that he deliberately pushed her into the path of the train, the Göttingen court found him not criminally responsible due to paranoid schizophrenia. Instead of prison, he has been ordered into indefinite psychiatric detention at taxpayer expense.

Authorities had multiple opportunities to remove him from the country before the attack. Those opportunities were not taken. Liana is dead as a result.

The white American middle class are literally the best people on the planet. All my life I grew up with people dunking on them for their cordial relations and stuffy mores and middlebrow taste but it turns out that everything runs on their largesse. When I was an immigrant kid growing up in Central Jersey much like Hasan Piker this was a nice country with a good standard of living and a decent intellectual discourse thanks to them. Anyone who talks down to them is moralscum.

Giving everyone a personalized AI tutor would massively increase inequality because smart kids could race ahead at their own speed. This would be a great thing. There is nothing inherently good about equality, and attempts to achieve it are almost always destructive.

In the current landscape, this model makes sense. Left-right is a warped form of this in a world that forgot about fraternity and brotherhood. It’s the only model that really makes sense, where the far right and the far left can actually find common ground, not just be “extremes”

when a citizen changes their mind on something, thats normal, many things can happen in the span of years. & its fine if you’re a politician and change your mind on something BUT if you’re a politician i want to know exactly WHY you changed your mind. be transparent. what about “woke 1” (really woke 2 imo) dont you agree with anymore? i’ve talked about this a few times but i was way more critical of the police back in 2020, borderline acab, and i can tell you that moving from the suburbs to the city, taking public transportation, having a child and seeing first hand just how bad things are & can get is what changed my mind on that. so i want to know, AOC and others, what about “woke 1” dont you agree with anymore and why? what made it “crazy” because “erm THAT just happened…” isn’t going to work
