An older gentleman on the TTC had to ask me if he was getting off on Dundas because they call it TMU now. His exact words “it’s been called Dundas for 40 years why change it to TMU now”? I have the same concern

@TTChelps I don’t want to escalate this any further holding just the one driver accountable. I’ve had too deal with this too many times. I’m sure others have too - at this point it should be a general training for the entire staff

@TTChelps very inconvenient for TTC to not run shuttle buses when there’s no train service on stations! Takes forever to find alternate commutes and please teach your drivers to be less hostile when speaking to people. I’ll get fined 2000$ for speaking to them impolitely

Visited I.I. Chundrigar Road, which is also clear & traffic can be seen to be moving normally after heavy rain. There is some water on the sides which is being brushed out. The area of Tower is also clear while some water around the internal streets of old city area is also being pumped out
