@HeathrowAirport @British_Airways @British_Airways can someone please come back to me? I have sent multiple dms, tried calling, and there are no agents online. I need to know if I have to make alternative arrangements. The lack of ability to contact anyone in the BA team is very poor service.

@HeathrowAirport @British_Airways BA0225 to New Orleans, it states it’s on time on the app and on the website and on Heathrow airport website. Is this flight going? I have tried to call up with no luck.

@British_Airways @British_Airways my app is showing that the BA0225 to New Orleans is still going ahead and is just delayed? I have DMed also to find out what my options are. Please can someone come back to me?
