Changes to the Past Season Skin Rerun Plan

Dear Players,

Since publishing our previous apology announcement, we have continued to closely follow the discussions and feedback across our communities. We have come to fully understand that a simple apology and a fixed amount of compensation cannot truly address the harm caused by this rerun or make up for the gap between players’ expectations and their actual experience.

After listening to and considering your suggestions, we have decided to completely revise the Past Season Skin Rerun system. These changes will focus on reducing the price per Gacha item, improving the experience by removing mixed pools, and refunding the price difference to all players who have already purchased Stellar Snow Globes.

I. Changes to the Past Season Skin Rerun System

These changes will officially take effect when the next Past Season Skin Gacha begins.

To significantly reduce the cost of obtaining rerun skins, the following changes will be implemented starting with the next Past Season Skin Gacha:

● Reduced Gacha Item Price

○ The direct purchase price of the Stellar Snow Globe, the Gacha item used for the rerun pool, will be reduced from 88 Star Discs each to 50 Star Discs each. The prices of related packs containing Stellar Snow Globes will also be reduced by the same proportion.

● Mixed Pools Removed and Replaced with Individual Skin Rerun Pools

○ Rerun pools containing multiple skins will be discontinued. Each rerun pool will contain only one past season skin and its corresponding Alt. Illustration Card.

● Past Season Skin Store Exchange Details

○ A corresponding Past Season Skin Store will open alongside each Gacha pool. Players may freely use exchange tokens to obtain the featured skin, its corresponding Alt. Illustration Card, and the complete set of cosmetics from that season, ensuring a better collection experience.

II. Full Price-Difference Reimbursement for the Current Gacha Pool

To protect players’ interests, we will reimburse the price difference to all players who spent resources during the current rerun pool:

● Calculation Period

From the end of the July 30 maintenance until September 2 at 23:59 (UTC+8), covering the full duration of the current Past Season Skin Gacha.

● Reimbursement Rules

For every Stellar Snow Globe purchased with Star Discs during this period, players will receive a reimbursement of 38 Star Discs after the Gacha pool ends. This is the difference between the original price of 88 Star Discs and the revised price of 50 Star Discs.

For Stellar Snow Globes obtained through packs, the corresponding amount of Star Discs will be reimbursed based on the number of Stellar Snow Globes included in each pack.

Example:
A player purchases 10 Stellar Snow Globes directly with Star Discs, as well as one Stellar Snow Globe Pack ×1, one Stellar Snow Globe Pack ×5, and one Stellar Snow Globe Pack ×15.

The player will receive:

10 × 38 + 1 × 38 + 5 × 38 + 15 × 38 = 1,178 Star Discs

● Distribution Time

After the September 3 maintenance, the system will retrieve the relevant account data and send the full price-difference reimbursement to players through in-game mail.

Note: The time at which players receive the compensation mail may vary. All reimbursed Star Discs will be regular Star Discs.

III. Additional Gift for All Players

To express our sincere apologies and gratitude, the following item will be distributed to all players :

Stellar Snow Globe ×10

The item will be delivered through in-game mail and will not expire. Players may freely choose to use it in the current rerun pool or save it for a future rerun pool.

Once again, thank you for your honest feedback and continued support of Astral Party. We must make up through meaningful action for the trust we've lost, and we ask that you continue to hold us accountable for every change we make going forward.
