Although there is no stay order from the Supreme Court on the High Court's verdict, it has not been implemented yet. Even the final merit list has not been published. Aspirants have been waiting for justice for 10 years. (5/6)

After, the case was transferred to the Orissa High Court. In its verdict on May 14, 2024, High Court unanimously decided not to cancel entire advertisement but directed a re-evaluation of answer sheets by excluding faulty questions and maintaining the 50% reservation limit.(4/6)
