The accelator suits worn by Duke and Ripchord from Rise of Cobra vaguely resembling a human built version of the Mirage Exo Suit Noah wore in 1994 of Transformers RotB would seem like missed opportunity to connect the two franchises.

Where Conan finds out the two Men in Black codenames are Gin and Vodka. The Anime adaptation of that case created a huge plot hole when they changed them into discount versions of Gin and Vodka.
