@DigitalSuicide5 Agreed. I'm only 2 eps in but even the mother is being crafted as this complex character you kind of empathise with, or at least appreciate her view points a little. The scene about the drills particularly was very well done.
@LASTEXITshirts Wasn't the biggest fan of the comics (just never grabbed me) but I thought the show was excellent. Really likes what they did with the characters.
@LASTEXITshirts No, it's actually brilliant. It's generally disliked by people who never understood that this wasn't an origin story for Arthur,.it's the backstory and inspiration for what created the Joker.
@DigitalSuicide5 Rewatched The Matrix at the cinema yesterday. Felt the same. Some films just ooze cool in every scene. The bit where Neo squares up and the dust shakes off him in the subway? Behave.
@flyingspares Gorgeous. Was expecting the worst from the MOT history but seems like not that much? Or am I massively underestimating Bentley suspension part costs ๐คฃ
@cineworld@IMAX I'd love to come and see it but unfortunately as you're about to destroy the ability to book tickets I'm going to have to pass. Shambles of a company.
@cineworld so after being a member for over 20 years, if my partner and I want to book tickets we need to be sat next to each other coordinating separate bookings?!?! Can you make it any more difficult to actually go to the cinema? Ridiculous.
@Timelord81r@Robsmediavault The steel books have both the original poster art (restored by Matt) and his original artwork; one on each side. Their the remastered 4ks with the directors cut of 1&2 that were already released. Can't get any better for picture and sound! Have a look https://t.co/Bsxz12hDLh
@DigitalSuicide5 See I actually thought Covenant's score was much more derivative than Prometheus'. It's just cribbing from other Alien films. Synth karate for the win though. And the bit with the flute. Folded like a lawn chair ๐คฃ
