WSB is now reporting that they have seen documentation of communication between DeKalb County and the city of Atlanta saying the County is removing the stop work order on the construction site. The County's chief building official claims the site is in compliance with BMPs.

At 8:25pm today, DeKalb County sent out a press release regarding a stop work order that has been issued at the proposed site of cop city. The stop work order has been issued due to malfunctioning silt fencing and other erosion control measures.
