I en tid då det blivit vanligt att tala nedlåtande om Sverige vill jag göra tvärtom. Jag vill hedra landet som öppnade sina dörrar. Jag vill hedra generationerna som byggde det. Jag vill hedra de värderingar och den kultur som gjort Sverige till det land det är.

Jag är också djupt tacksam mot Sverige. En tacksamhetsskuld som aldrig kan betalas tillbaka fullt ut.

Därför hissar jag den svenska flaggan idag med respekt, kärlek och stolthet.
