@O2 I’m incredibly disappointed with O2 customer service, the experience has been very distressing and I’m incredibly reluctant to be a customer of yours in future. I would also like someone to contact me about resolving this.
@O2 I’ve recently been the victim of identity fraud with someone opening 3 accounts with yourself under your name. I’ve called you four times now, each time being reassured it’s been raised and I’ll hear back in 48 hours.
@O2 Every time, I’ve had no correspondence from your team, yet have continued to receive letters to say you’ve passed my details on to debt collectors. Other companies such as Vodafone and Argos also had accounts set up in my name and dealt with it as a matter of urgency.
