@AmazonHelp Fedex! I spent hours with customer service reps! I sent photos! Video, proof and also my receipt for new remote! 1 rep said no problem! Higher up said return it! And they would not hold a unit or replace, or help! You had no remotes in stock! Kids went bat-crazy! Bad business!

She said they would credit for remote, higher-up said return and refund, would not hold new unit or send remote. Made review with video, they took down.
