Pathetic condition of #VandeBharat 22896 (Puri-Howrah) Delayed by 2.5 hrs. When the premium train in a distance of 500kms gets delayed 2 hours, you can gauge the condition of other trains.Will miss conecting train.Compensation?

ROC Bangalore (Karnataka) penalizes Statutory Auditor – Deloitte Haskins & Sells in the matter of Stanly OEM Sofas Limited

The Registrar of Companies has imposed a penalty of Rs. 30,000/- on Monisha Parikh, Partner at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, for failing to report key non-compliances under Section 143 of the Companies Act, 2013, as per the order dated 28.04.2025

Key compliance lapses included:

➡️ Non-disclosure of MSME interest details.
➡️ non-disclosure of related entities under AS-18.
➡️ Related party transactions undertaken without proper Board approval.

Despite these issues, the auditor’s report contained no adverse remarks or qualifications.

This case reinforces the growing regulatory focus on auditor accountability and transparency in disclosures.
