Had dogs of different breeds my whole life (all pure) and never had a single problem with them attacking humans. I even had two apbt - would chase small dogs if unleashed.

@LilMandee86 @whywewack @CCTVshot The child is protected, there is a net on the stroller and the dog is not vicious, just instinctively chasing another dog. Which is normal, that’s why it’s supposed to be on a leash. It looks like a purebred border collie. They love chasing smaller dogs. 🤷🏻‍♀️
