@jonbellion I just want to send a big thank you for what you do with your music. I did a 32 mile hike last Saturday and listened to only two albums while hiking. One of them was The Definition, and Pre-Occupied is something more than a song, it is a beautiful story.

@qrsupport When trying to assign a business class seat for a client of mine I can select it in the reservation online, but then it drops from her itinerary. Please advise why this may be the case. The client is very unhappy that there is a delay in doing this.

@Delta 45 days for a baggage claim response? Our bags were lost on the way to Costa Rica, the driver could not locate us, and the means of communication we offered were not used. An immediate baggage charge refund is the least you can do.
