The end result of fireworks being let off at residential properties, scared animals. How such a loving dog (lola) can be reduced to being scared of her own shadow. Something needs to change to protect the welfare of our animals! @GOVUK@UKLabour@Keir_Starmer@SarahOwen_
@TinTent@Safefill I have had one for a couple of years now. Love it. About quarter the price of Calor but the added bonus of being able to top up without waiting for it to be empty. You can also see easily what you have left (shine a torch through from the back!) and lighter than a steel bottle.
@stevewills465 That will be me.....😉
I've tried the special (expensive) plastic polish for these and they work well, but t cut is just as good and a fraction of the price.
@stevewills465 That might be worth considering then. I find that I don't have a wide enough view if they are fitted vertically. If horizontal, you can't see where the wheels are on a roundabout or where the hedge is (to avoid the adventure stripes!)
All take a few miles to adjust to though.
@stevewills465 I've had mine a couple of years and I know what you mean. I wish the view was a bit wider, but not worrying about them falling off or damaging the car mirrors is well worth it. Emuk bracket with milenco mirror heads would be perfect.
@rob3047@stevewills465 I use these too after using 3 other types including the Milenco Platinum ones and a broken car mirror.
More expensive but wouldn't go back. Quicker to fit, more secure and no damage to the car. Could do with a bit wider view on the mirrors I think though.
@GillianAnn_ Thank you. Yes we were lucky enough to avoid any of today's problems through the choice of software we run on our servers. No reported problems all day. 👍
@rob3047@DometicRV I made my own with 3x 12V fans and a little thermostat switch. Works really well in the summer and can't hear it running at all. You just need anything to help move a but of air over the fins in the back really.
