The users who complain about the flaws in your product may seem annoying, but they are on the whole probably your most valuable users. They complain because they care, and I doubt a startup could ever get really big without users who care a lot about the product.

Jeff Bezos: The founder’s job is to build a “heavy” company
Jeff Bezos recalls how Amazon’s stock price fell from $113 to $6 when the Internet bubble burst.
“Shareholders were upset; employees were nervous; their parents were calling our employees and asking if they were ok,” Jeff remembers.
“This was an environment of great nervousness. But I looked at the numbers in the business and every month — as the stock price went from $113 to $6 — our number of customers went up, our gross profits went up, and our losses as a % of sales went down. Every single business metric we were monitoring for that entire period (new customers, repeat purchases, etc.) kept getting better.”
He offers founders the following advice:
“As entrepreneurs, you’re focused on the fundamentals of the business. The stock price is an ultimate output that you have very little control over. The great investor Benjamin Graham is famous for saying that the stock market is a voting machine in the short run but a weighing machine in the long run. As founders, entrepreneurs, and business people, our job is to build a heavy company. We want to build a company that when it is weighed, it is a very heavy company. We do not want to focus on the stock price. That would be misleading because [the stock price] can be disconnected from the fundamentals.”

Naval Ravikant: "You're going to die. It's all going to zero. What's there to stress about?"
"Stress is when your mind has two conflicting desires at once. You want to be liked, but you want to do something selfish. You don't want to go to work, but you want to make money. You have two conflicting desires, and that's stress."
Naval explains the difference between stress and anxiety:
"Anxiety is this pervasive, unidentifiable stress where you're stressed out all the time and you're not even sure why. The reason is you have so many unresolved problems that have piled up in your life, you can no longer identify what the problems are. There's this mountain of garbage in your mind. A little bit is poking out the top like an iceberg; that's anxiety. But underneath, there's a lot of unresolved things."
He shares his personal anxiety resolver:
"One big anxiety resolver for me is just ruminating on death. You're going to die. It's all going to zero. You cannot take anything with you. If you can keep that idea in front of you at all times, what's there to stress about?"
Naval reframes what "wasted time" really means:
"What is wasted time? Everything is wasted time in a sense because nothing matters in the ultimate. But in each moment, it's the only thing that matters. So if you're doing something you want to do and you're fully there for it it's not wasted time. If your mind is running away, wishing you were somewhere else, anticipating the future, regretting the past, that's wasted time. That's time you're not present for."
He concludes:
"People get worried about dying and no longer being here. But they don't realize that so much of their life is spent not being here in any case."
A founder kept saying "if only we had money we'd do X."
Money is not the fire. Money is gasoline you pour on a fire that already exists.
You don't have a funding problem. You have a "people don't want it yet" problem. Go make the first fire.
