So what does this all mean? How do we move forward from this moment in a way that starts to repair the harm that has been done while also creating fundamental shifts in the system? (1/x)

What’s important to remember here is: this is a continuous process. The shortcoming in the attempt at community accountability was the board deciding to move forward on what they perceived as solutions with no further dialogue with us and letting a sense of urgency shape (18/x)
