Thank you all for granting me your attention this week. It has been an amazing time connecting with other folks who share my concerns—it can feel isolating a lot of times to work in DEI work, for me personally. I am happy to have not felt alone. (14/x)

What’s important to remember here is: this is a continuous process. The shortcoming in the attempt at community accountability was the board deciding to move forward on what they perceived as solutions with no further dialogue with us and letting a sense of urgency shape (18/x)
