Scam story Orris Part 8 – Profit Over Promises

In 13 years, Gurugram’s real estate prices have appreciated 5X—and now, Orris sees profit, not responsibility.

- Wrapping up Phase 1 as if it’s a “favor” to buyers
- Trying to take over Phase 2 & 3 to sell at today’s inflated prices
- Ignoring 3C buyers and their rightful flat choices, for which they paid extra

Instead of delivering homes fairly, Orris is pushing buyers aside to cash in on the booming market. And where is the government? Silent as ever.
