Today we have been exploring how materials change state. We looked at melting chocolate and tested different temperatures to see which had the most impact.
Yesterday Class 9 visited Wroxeter Roman city. We explored the ruins and were able to see what a Roman townhouse would have looked like. Thank you @EnglishHeritage
This morning Class 9 have been ‘magpieing’ phrases and words they enjoying from battle cries created by the staff. We look forward to seeing what the children can create using our ideas and their own.
This afternoon Class 9 have been learning about Roman soldiers. We have looked at how the Romans organised their army and at what each soldier had to carry.
Today we have been counting in 1000’s during Maths. We have looked at different ways to represent numbers in the thousands. Children have answered fluency and problems solving questions in their table groups. Well done Class 9.
