I am going to miss my dad. I know he has put his faith in Jesus and has been amazing example of Christ in my life. I just hope I can do the same for my daughters.

My dad was my first coach. My love of baseball comes from him. Cancer is taking him away (in the next few hours). I wanted to share some of my memories with my dad involving baseball, which is quite a bit. I'm going to miss talking about the Mariners, Yankees and Reds with him.

Okay so there is a small (very small) chance I will be in Longview the weekend of Memorial Day, which means I might get to watch a game or two of the NWAC baseball championships. Lots of ifs but I really do hope to get the chance to just enjoy my favorite weekend of baseball.

So the Mariners hit 3 humeruns last night but lost 1-0 because all three humeruns were robbed by Jo Adell. Not sure as an M's fan if I should be mad or amazed. That last catch was amazing.
