@THORChain@andreyarapov@ChrisBlec How do we know the nodes are not all just one entity? AFAIK the nodes are anon, so what’s stopping one actor from spinning up multiple nodes and controlling the network?
@DegenSpartan@Deus0x@Foobazzler@alexgausman You guys do realize this is only measuring 2 capped liquidity pools that are undegoing beta testing and optimization right? Watch what happens when the beta testing ends, caps are lifted and more pools are added.
@haydenzadams Don’t you think it’s fairly disingenuous to claim LPs are actually collecting these fees when it is quite obvious by now that impermanent loss destroys profits in most cases?
@martinkrung@Bancor Safe to assume that Bancor’s data is somehow not being digested properly here. Doesn’t make sense it has 0 representation considering Bancor V1’s relatively high TVL on defipulse. Is this @DuneAnalytics?
@coinfomania@Bancor This is bad crypto reporting.
FUNDS ARE SAFU
@Bancor discovered the vulnerability and white hacked themselves to protect users.

This was really well handled by Bancor. They acted quickly and with full transparency.
@harrycanuck Bancor announced their V2 that enables liquidity provision without any exposure to BNT:

BNT still needed to enable features like 0 impermanent loss and liquidity amplification on non-stablecoins:

Also BNT is gov token in BancorDAO
@jumpersdevice@AlexWearn@0x_Lucas@RyanSAdams@idexio It’s likely to do with the fact that the focus in DeFi is on AMMs like Bancor, Uniswap, Balancer and Curve. There is practically no interest in traditional style exchanges. Also, if I’m not mistaken IDEX has KYC and some centralized components.
@TokenBrice@KyberNetwork@ethereum@UniswapProtocol Kyber has always been an aggregator. Liquidity is sourced from pools such as Uniswap & Bancor. It’s unlikely that most of this volume is occurring on Kyber & more likely that its actually facilitated by AMMs. And yes, I agree that volume is trivial compared to locked assets & APR
