Roberto Mancini publicly outing City for their double contract is another glorious moment. I mean, it is only further confirmation of what has been said for years.

Mancini’s agent emailed City’s COO (Graham Wallace) asking for the Al Jazira invoice to be paid. Wallace emailed Widdowson asking to for Abu Dhabi to pay.
And there is no reason whatsoever for anyone at City to be involved if it was a legitimate deal. There's no doubt the guilt here, or anywhere else for that matter.
