Mindset shift #3 is incremental to exponential. Short-term demands currently drive funding decisions but more capital focus should be allocated to bold high-impact potential solutions. 9 Billion Lives will define high-impact pathways and use Radical Insight for funding decisions.
Mindset shift #2 is from outcomes to IMPACTS. The focus is too often on outcomes rather than impact. This means assuming that a particular outcome will inevitably lead to a desired impact. 9 Billion Lives will clearly communicate desired impacts in order to transform outcomes.
