@Angelica_Thinks To 24k to 15k (post unenrollment) & now to 15k to 9k-10k. My point is, HU has failed to communicate with not only me, but the 500+ other us who have been unfairly kicked out due to an mistake on THEIR part. We were waiting for scholarships, loans, grants, & etc to b approved

@Angelica_Thinks never ONCE did they communicate with my family and I saying that our loans were approved. it wasn’t until after I was unenrolled I noticed significant drops in the amount of money I have to pay. It went from 31k to 24k (due to loans that were approved b4 deadline)

@sashasrevengee it’s okay when they say HU financial aid suck they were not joking at all. im more hurt at the fact that I had housing confirmed, bnbs/rentals booked, & all my dorm stuff delivered just for them to unenroll me. it’ll all work out tho I have hop

@c1pricorn @sashasrevengee As of now a lot of people are getting reinstated, & in my case, I ’ve noticed significant drops in the amount of loans I owe so I’m gonna try and reach out tomorrow in hopes of getting re-enrolled, if not then I’ll be applying to another college 🥲

@sashasrevengee I applied for multiple loan right before the deadline and was told that I’d be fine as long as they approved it. they never communicated whether or not it was approved or not, and yk when they say HU’s financial aid office sucks it really does, so I didn’t know nun til the email

@sashasrevengee hi! im an incoming freshman & was affected by this. basically we got unenrolled because we didn’t pay our balance (~3k-31k) because majority of us were waiting for scholarships, military benefits, loans. me personally, I was waiting for them to approve my loan
