Yes! Too much pivotal software design work goes uncredited. Works like this appear in numerous talks and are referenced thousands of times over. And yet, shamefully we most often have no clue who to credit.
We need more designers/engineers like Daniel to own their contributions to important works.
disappointing outcome, but just want to thank our community & Figma’s community for all the support and excitement re: the possibilities. so much respect for @zoink and the whole @figma team - they have such a bright future, and I know we’ll look for ways to partner to bring some of our ideas to life.
aside from this process, it’s been a wild 2023 w/ a ton of innovation across our products. looking ahead, the pipeline is strong for the next gen of digital experiences that is more engaging than we can imagine. grateful to be on this journey with the world’s creators.

Dear friends,
I’m deeply honored to announce that our artwork Unsupervised has been acquired by MoMA and is now in the museum’s permanent collection!
This acquisition marks a grand milestone in our studio’s journey and also for digital art. It inscribes a historic chapter as MoMA welcomes the first Generative AI and tokenized artwork into its esteemed permanent collection.
I am infinitely grateful to our curators Michelle Kuo, Paola Antonelli, and Stuart Comer for their wisdom and the entire MoMA team’s genuine support and collaboration since the beginning of the project.
We are also profoundly thankful to our collectors, Ryan Zurrer, Pablo Rodriguez-Fraile, and Desiree Casoni, and NVIDIA for supporting our journey.
For almost a year now, our artwork brought the museum audience joy, inspiration, and hope! Thank you, New York and all the visitors of MoMA from my heart!
