Lol, I keep seeing posts like this and it doesn’t make sense. I make sub 100k and I never had a financial problem.
I have my house, 2 paid off used cars, I eat meat 3x per day, I golf, I train, and there’s alays some left at the end of the week.
Btw, I also drop 150$ extra in capital per week directly on the mortgage.
Being poor with a 100k a year seems like a choice.

@timoassi I did both. My house equity went from 40 to 200 in 6 months. And I can enjoy a brand new man cave.
I did all by myself though, would have cost way too much to pay a contractor.
