@virginmedia absolute joke of a company, 5 weeks on from install and no internet, apparently a new cable to be run but knowone turned up, can’t call you as it’s says call back later you are busy, app says no fault found- absolute shambles with no communication or care for clients

Never seems to be an issue when you want to bill me or sell me something. Any issues and nothing at all!
