Both staff members excel with their documentation. It is always accurate, well detailed and completed in a timely manner.
Senior nurse Kate was awarded with the compassionate act of the month when during a particularly difficult shift she went above and beyond to deliver kindness, empathy and respect. Her actions provided comfort & support by combining her clinical knowledge with a desire to help.

December’s award goes to an outstanding day team who worked through an incredibly challenging shift caring for several unwell & deteriorating patients. Led with passion by Deputy Sister Kim, the team — Kate, Emilia, Paulina, Steph, Ana, Roy, Jude and Remi
On Dec 12, Ed Almiranez and Ana Lachica led a tracheostomy study day at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, sharing expert knowledge and hands-on skills to support safe care and escalation for neck-breathing patients. A2 are proud of this achievement 👏
Congratulations to Raichal, our Best Datix of the Month winner. She submitted an exceptionally well-reported Datix with detail, a strong action plan, a clear focus on patient safety and escalation. The leadership team are grateful for this positive approach to incident reporting.
