@Dusty23XI Marathon didn’t kill Destiny 2. Bungie’s handling of Destiny 2 did. Players were already leaving because they were tired of the grind, missing content, and lack of innovation. Marathon was Bungie’s attempt to find the next big thing after Destiny started losing momentum.
