@lejeunesimon@Wealthsimple Wealthsimple’s prepaid Mastercard already wasn’t accepted at many merchants, and now the new Visa isn’t accepted at Costco, which only takes debit. WS customer service’s solution? Withdraw cash from an ATM for every purchase! Seriously, Wealthsimple? 🤦
@lejeunesimon@Wealthsimple Something bad already happened. Wealthsimple keeps making things difficult for clients. They switched the chequing card from Mastercard to Visa, which doesn’t work at Costco. It might be time to switch to a big bank.

@dean_lugi476@lejeunesimon I hear you, and I second this. I’m planning to move out of WS as well because of this, as I’ll be a non-resident soon. @lejeunesimon
@SamsungCanada@SamsungCanada I opened a case over a month ago for a TV that’s been faulty since day one (colors keep changing). I’ve sent multiple videos/photos & asked for a manager call. Instead, I keep getting no-reply emails. Very poor customer service and no resolution. Unacceptable.
@SamsungCanada I bought a 75-inch Q8F to get better picture and sound quality, but the picture is terrible. The picture quality keeps changing. Sometimes it looks reddish, yellowish, or bluish and the sound quality is not good either.
I have called multiple times regarding the same ticket, but Samsung customer service has been horrible.
I would never recommend buying from Samsung. Ticket 232976083 & 03112094
I have called technicians four times, and each time they refer me to a different department. I have also spoken with the sales team a couple of times and requested an exchange or refund, but they keep sending me back to the technician.
@unusual_whales Although I have a postgraduate degree, I'm considering quitting work because in Canada, higher earnings mean higher taxes, even with three kids and a non-working wife. Those not working seem to benefit from government programs, leading to a better quality of life & better savings
@MyLordBebo If it was that bag, Chinese-made of any brand in middle east countries are sold for under $5 on the street. Most people don’t realize they are famouse fake brands, but they buy them anyway to meet their needs.
