Our final Network Event in Glasgow. a pleasure to have so many passionate and dedicated participants. Lots of discussion around the new QI Framework & sharing of the positive experiences some services had during inspections. Again inspired hearing of the amazing work going on.

Today we travelled to Dundee to deliver our network event.
Lots of engagement and discussion and encouraging to hear from participants about the support they received from Dundee Council and the positive difference this has made to SAC settings children and families.
Lovely to be out and about to Aberdeen and meet so many passionate attendees about the SAC sector and discuss the benefits it brings to children, young people and their families.
Our “Let’s Talk about School Age Childcare” Network event was delivered to a busy session in Aberdeen today. There was lots of positivity about the SAC service which is being provided and delivered in Aberdeen City and Shire and the incredible work with children and families
Another well attended & engaging Network event in Edinburgh, giving SOSCN & other national updates. It was once again topped with truly inspiring stories of the amazing work going on in our School Age Childcare settings. Thanks to @BMAScotland for providing a great central venue
@ScotGovEdu@NatalieDon_@scotgov Having chaired a few hearings in the new space, I feel is far more inclusive and welcoming than the space before. Although it is still a formal process it is less daunting for the child or young person and there family and feels like we are having more of a chef more of a chat
This week we kicked off our Local Networking Events in Irvine and Stirling. There was great discussions and fantastic to hear from attendees about truly inspirational practice going on in their settings and about the service they provide to our children and the whole family.
Lovely visit to ELOSC Head office in Musselburgh to find our more about the SAC services they support in Edinburgh and Lothians and had the opportunity to visit one of the services in Stoneyhill Primary school where there is a great partnership with the school
Young people from Our Hearings, Our Voice have developed a guide for adults who are supporting their peers through the Children’s Hearings system.
Promise Minister @NatalieDon_ joined them last week at its launch.

I know you by @inkstainsclaire is a great double mystery with two storylines. Rachel who stumbled across the body of her boyfriend’s wife and her previous story Casey a nanny in LA when she was charged with the murder of the family and is now instantly a suspect of another murder
