CPCB has re-enabled the deletion option in the PWP Operations module on the Plastic Packaging EPR Portal.

PWPs can correct procurement, production & sales entries until the sales invoice is uploaded. All validations remain unchanged.

As per CPCB’s clarification dated 19 Jan 2026:
• Producers to be registered by CPCB (Rule 12(1))
• RVSFs & Bulk Consumers by SPCBs/PCCs (Rule 14(1))

SPCBs/PCCs must nominate approving & recommending officers and ensure registrations within 7 days.
