You can’t make this up: delayed again on @SouthwestAir because the incoming flight went to the wrong terminal and gate 🤦‍♀️ Finishing up this voucher credit and DONE with this airline for sure (along with everyone else on social media having the same issue)

@SouthwestAir There won’t be a future. I am cancelling my return and rebooking on the trusted @united. We landed at 3:44pm. It’s 4:34pm and we are still sitting here unable to deboard the aircraft. This is not unusual for southwest either. Operations failure always

Ppl are facing WAY bigger problems, & I am 100% aware and Privileged. But @SouthwestAir … Terminal 5 at Ohare. NIGHTMARE! ONE bathroom w/ half of the stalls closed, line for women’s wraps around the corner. Also, again, NO TSA Pre check. Don’t fly them!! 🤦‍♀️

@SouthwestAir Now, sitting here for 25 min, ppl missing tight connections b/c we don’t have a gate. This is at DIA. The issues today… nonstop. delays, no TSA pre, ONE bathroom, late taking off due to maintenance, landed no gate assigned… nothing easy about this travel

@SouthwestAir This is the terminal you fly out of & promote fly ORD, so you have a direct partnership w/ Ohare so it is your issue. Not to mention baggage claim…1 carousel for 15 airlines? During Covid CRAMMED together? It reflects poorly on southwest. Im not the only one posting about this

This is @SouthwestAir “baggage claim” at Ohare. One carousel for 15 airlines? Waited over 75 minutes for my bag in a PACKED space. Not ideal during Covid in the International terminal… wall to wall people 🤦‍♀️😩
