Don’t worry Nicola they will soon threaten you with Ballifs Kos of leak which is not ur fault. Kos of Monopoly Thames water treat customers like nothing. More than two years and they still carrying amount from leak when I have paid my water bill non stop for two years. Shame on u
@thameswater That's very commendable but it's very frustrating when I have had a leak at my property for 2 years and you still haven't fixed it. I'm also still waiting for a manager to call me! Disgraceful customer service and I'm meant to be on the priority list!!!!

@Matalan it’s really frustrating definitely you pay for goods for next day Kos you need them next day where is my order and why it hasn’t been delivered.
