Question, what is the problem? If the employee is taking too much time off, then their performance should suffer. They would get terminated for poor performance and not how much time they have taken off
@Fischbooks@wifemomcpa100 ^ I’m with @Fischbooks Various states also have termination rules about paying out PTO on termination that get scary. And what if you think an EE is taking too much time off and not performing and they don’t? That gets hard to settle if it becomes a legal matter.
@SRuhle @CalNBC The pandemic has opened the eyes of many of those workers. They found out what it feels like to live off of $15 for 40 hour work weeks(I.e. unemployment), and they like it. Can you really blame them for not wanting to go back?
