@WestJet You guys are useless, I had to fight like an animal in a small room in the montego bay airport begging to get the attention of the one @WestJet employee. American Airlines and Delta had multiple staff, but all the westjet customers left begging like animals for their luggage.

@WestJet Be carefull when you fly to Jamaica with Westjet, my luggage never left Pearson. They figured it out yesterday, but now they can't find it again. Nobody to talk to, can't get a hold of anyone. You figure they would have case managers to help people after their luggage is lost.

@WestJet I have talked to 10 different people and nobody can figure it out. There is a guy at the airport sitting at a desk next to my suitcase but he can't figure out how to get it to me. I have talked to him twice but he only answers the phone occasionally.

@WestJet Going on 48 hours here and still don't have my bag. It's just sitting at Montego Bay Airport. Nobody can figure it out how to deliver to the hotel. I have even offered to taxi and pick it up. Mistakes happen, but this should have been fixed by now. Please, @WestJet, do something
