A quick note to say that our PE days for just this week will be Wednesday and Thursday. This is to accommodate numerous school trips happening across the stage.
P4 Dance Club attended the 'Primary School Dance Festival 2024' and performed their routine to Matilda's 'Revolting Children'. They displayed great confidence as they performed and enjoyed an opportunity to showcase their hard work. Thank you Mrs Davies!
Some fantastic homemade animal habitats on display in our classroom. So impressed with the level of detail in these and the way that learning has been incorporated into the design.
PE with Mr Tennant will revert back to the previous Friday morning slot as of this week. Please ensure that your child comes to school in PE kit this Friday. Thank you.
Hello, another note to say that the PE times will change as of next week. Thursday will continue to be our outdoor slot. However our Friday slot with Mr Tennant will now switch to a Wednesday afternoon. Thank you.
Happy new year! This is a quick note to say that PE days this term will be the same as they were last term - Thursdays with Mr Adams and Fridays with Mr Tennant. A class newsletter will go out towards the end of this week confirming this.
Our School Choir loved performing at Edinburgh Airport this week. We received so much positive feedback from the public and loved spreading the festive cheer. @AAdamsSPS
Please spare a moment to help P5/4 complete some market research by taking part in our survey (link below). This will help us decide a price for the products we will be selling at this Saturday’s Christmas Fayre. Thank you 🙂

This week, in Maths and Numeracy, P5/4 have been looking at using the jump strategy to solve subtraction equations by counting back or counting between. We have also been looking at interpreting data from graphs.
This week, continuing with portraiture, we have been looking at Picasso and the Cubist movement. In numeracy we have been focusing on rounding to 10 and 100.
