@whyrusaint If they don wanna kiss but want the same treatment as a CP, at least play actual lovers instead of this "bromance" bs
If they wanna do platonic love, freaking stop hyperfocusing on the fake ahh romantic tension and the fanservice.
It's just tht simple ๐ซด๐ผ๐ค
No cs as an aroace person I feel so attacked by y'all like, you are invalidating aroace experiences w this discourse. Platonic love exists and not every fucking series has to be about romance. Not every relationship has to be romantic to be beautiful and special
@ryyuupt The funniest thing is we love all these friendships and sometimes is the reason we start the series
And they never market the friendship between the characters as freaking bromance to us ๐ค๐ผ
@nuerssyn Or play dudebros in a dudebro series WITHOUT FAKE AH ROMANTIC TENSION but don call yourselves a "bromance pair" whatever tf that's supposed to mean
@nuerssyn My sentiment exactly ๐ค๐ผ๐คง if the actors are uncomfy w kissing onscreen but still wanna be promoted n be given the same treatment as a CP , maybe play characters who are actually lovers but they dont hv to kiss
@soyvccx888444 Given how ppl are reacting to "bromance" I'm sure dmd won't do the same mistake
At least I really hope so, cuz I feel like there are more irl queer ppl employed at dmd than at the other company
@alymewgulfPH I really love those tiny details. Idek why but the way they're staying true to pheem's role as a shaman n religious upbringing just warms my heart. Also goes to show tht their love isn't undermined despite hving to abstain from things that other couples don't hv to hold back
@moirrabets Ikkkk it sometimes surprises me how DWY n Mr Fanboy just blew up because these guys killed it, not because they were already popular or had massive fandoms but they are actually just that good
i have only seen queer people voice their concerns with bromance. as a gay man, bromance truly does affect our community. it is actively removing queer representation, how do you NOT see the issue? it DOES affect queer folk. get the fuck out of my face dawg.
@heroshse Also I feel like the company, production crew, cast - all of them were more concerned about an actually solid series with real queer rep and a real message to society rather than making money by queerbaiting TT
