@Duplugged@tlalane You the stupid one. You not in touch with reality of this country. We have a population of 63 million with only 26% with jobs and earning salaries. Private sector with chase to recoup their capital investment and that means hiking prices. That's the reality you stupid!
@GamingNaRoli As someone who has been ikhankatha for initiates. I'll tell you for free, initiates die because of the weak government, weak traditional leaders and weak communities. One simple change can lead to zero death of initiates without degrading any practice.
@kipweldone@pmcafrica It's not for nuclear attack, there's a nuclear power plant just outside of Cape Town. This is for incase of failure to the plant. For an attack, you won't get a warning
@MECGade This is not only unique to education, other departments too don't know how to mentain infrastructure that you guys hand over to they, including health, etc. Anyway, good job from your side
@smavundla@CityofCT@BYCS_org Cyclists are soo annoying! What should the city do now? Do away with side parkings that we sometimes pay for and bring money to the city? City already spends money paving cycling paths, yet cyclists will always find their way on the road with cars.
@NiekerkSteve You should be voting for FF+ instead of kissing English ass, people with dual citizenships. You forgot what the English did to your ancestors between 1899 and 1902?
@KhandaniM I'm pretty sure after working closely with whites in Stellenbosch, she was reminded that she's a darkie and that's her place🤣. Cape whites will radicalize you fast fast with their behaviors and social injustices. You get to see our people in the worst of poverty.
@aliensuperstud 1/2 I've been saying this, EC is more rural in character than south africa as a whole. Other parties are not visible at all. Rurals work with little governing. Urbans need more governing and rate payers demand value for their money, hence easy for them to change governing...
@amahlegebane Most of ya'll seem not to understand the dynamics of the province at all. As much as we hate the ANC, they are masters when it comes to the most rural provinces and no one even comes close. Rurals work on themselves, unlike urbans that need more governing, which the ANC..
@Village_boy7 I thought she was talking about skills and not people forgetting what they were lectured in Varsity. How is this about quizzing graduates related to what she's saying? Ya'll are trying to seem smart, yet your hiring process is shitty in the first place.
@_sdvh Fact that you at 21 posts that are not filled means you failing somewhere or a failed company unless it's a new company. If there's so much Juniors, how many juniors have your company promoted to senior since it's establishment? Invest in training youth and stop this nonsense!
@DJZinhle Short-term advice is do headhunting instead of the normal recruitment for skilled individuals.
Long-term advice is, once you get those individuals, get trainees on a contract should your skilled people find better opportunities somewhere, call someone you've trained. Simple
@Mlu__N7 Hope for a miracle that sometimes happens when you have recruiters willing to train and they like your personality. You end up with over 200 applications of such people and you may believe that those skills do not exist because people apply for jobs they don't qualify for.
@Mlu__N7 If you looking for a specific skill in SA, the best way to do it is to headhunt. You don't have to specifically headhunt those that are currently employed, also those that were retrenched. Reasons being, with high unemployment, people apply for jobs they don't qualify for..
@Karinvanden6@geordinhl@Eskom_SA@CityofCT That's not true, Eskom will sell to the city and the city will sell to residents at a higher price than Eskom. My guess is Eskom takes too long to come fix reported breakages or outages than the city, hence they want the city to take over.
@Nomsa_Md The reality is they have made some gains and that's a fact.
I know very well that rural communities can thrive. I've seen some of the good go wrong in the province, resulting in the current situation. It's no rocket science that agriculture is the solution for the province.
@twatterbaas Reality is you a provocateur and a propagandist, a narcissist who feeds on emotions from western followers.
I doubt you the Boer you claim to be. I know real farmers who always empower the underprivileged, who feed communities, are reason why small towns haven't collapsed...
