New abamectin recommendation: based on recent research I now recommend the SPOT TREATMENT rate of abamectin for sting nematode on greens if applied during cool months when sting nematode is closer to the surface.

Turf Heads: winter warm season question:  You put a priority on apps needed & watered in regardless of weather: no, water is the enemy?
Lots of success in making apps when they are planned but should we approach” soil sprays” should be avoided “until greens need water” in winter?

@TloweTgrass It would search for satellites and I connected one time but then the message took forever and kept timing out 🤦‍♂️ great concept though lol. Wonder if it was just too many people trying at once and clogged the bandwidth

Hurricane tip, if you have an iPhone make sure you update your software to the new iOS 18. It has a satellite texting feature so if you lose power and cell service you can get messages out.
