@RoseLaPlusNoire "Mm. Never knew an empress who'd sleep in the grass," he whispered lowly before yawning, enjoying her warmth.
"You smell sweet," he mumbled groggily.
"Well—" he huffed, stumbling over toward her.
"Your husband isn't a 'he' either and he needs to be given a slap," he rambled. He was unfiltered at the moment.
@RoseLaPlusNoire "Mhm. Will you stay?" He asked as he rolled over onto his side, already getting snuggled into the grass.
"Maybe your dress can be a blanket..."
@RoseLaPlusNoire Sylvaar took a few steps. "Better not run into any of those...things." The armor. That is what he meant.
Walking was...difficult to say the least and he settled on just...lying down in a particularly lush patch of grass.
"Here. We stay here...Good enough for a bed."
@RoseLaPlusNoire "Then we should go now," he grinned, standing. "Get away from-" He waved his hands around. "This."
"Tonight. You can sleep in my bed," he hiccuped.
@RoseLaPlusNoire "Mmhm," he nodded with a deep breath, eyes opening again.
"You could visit more often," he urged her. He really did miss her.
Sylvaar sat up, swaying some, and sighed.
@RoseLaPlusNoire "Mm." She was right. Really, he shouldn't have another.
"It is doing well here. Like you said," he leaned against her, eyes slowing closing for a moment.
"Haven't seen ya in a while."
That's why he came bumbling through the halls of the palace. To find her.
@RoseLaPlusNoire He sighed dramatically and went to sit on the bench next to her.
"He needs a slap, doesn't he?" He grumbled, crossing his arms, his hazy gaze meeting hers.
"We should have a drink!"
"... Armour stand?" He asked incredulously, trying to observe the thing more closely.
"It— He won't move," he huffed before a hearty laugh escaped him.
"Where do we go?"
He smacks into one of the guards, head bouncing on the armor. Might leave a bruise or might not.
"See these bitches always get in the way," he grumbled, slapping the guards arm.
@RoseLaPlusNoire He was too timid to ask for anything more. If she felt more for him, she would tell him. Hopefully.
Sylvaar moved closer to her, burying his face against her side.
@RoseLaPlusNoire "No," he said as gently as he could, eyes closing for a moment.
"Let us rest. We must travel again tomorrow," he told her, adjusting himself so that he lay beside her, fingers now running along the blankets and furs in a soothing motion.
@RoseLaPlusNoire He rolled his eyes slightly at her playfulness, resisting the urge to tease her back because he did want a genuine answer.
"The truth," he told her.
