How can customers trust high-value deliveries like gold if they're discouraged from inspecting the package? Please investigate this incident and take strict action against the delivery executive so no other customer faces this.
He falsely claimed the item was returnable and accused us of wasting his time. Instead of completing an open-box inspection which would have taken hardly 2 minutes he chose to argue with my entire family for nearly 10 minutes. Completely unprofessional.

@amazonIN ordered item seeing delivery date, and now the package shows as delivered without me getting any package. Raising query says we will attempt delivery by the 29th! but i wanted it todays that was whole purpose of ordering it in 1st place
